I am not a football fan at all. But I do love Super Bowl Sunday. It is such a fun day! I think of it as the Super Bowl of eating for me. For the last few years we have been going to my brother in laws house for a Super Bowl party. My husband makes his famous chili that everyone loves. Everyone brings a dish, and all I do is eat the whole time the game is on. Meatballs, buffalo chicken dip, wings, does it get any better? This year I made some cupcakes for the kids. Super easy…and a big hit! We had a blast! It is awesome to get together with all of our family and just relax and have fun, without any of the stress of a big crazy holiday.
